Product Information
WorldatWork publishes workspan 12 times a year. It is printed on 50-pound white stock in a standard news magazine format (8-3/8" x 10-7/8") on an open web press.
Material Submission
The magazine’s trim size is 8-3/8" x 10-7/8". Ads with bleeds require artwork to extend 1/8" past trim on all outside edges, and have a 1/4" safety area inside all edges.
Please send a CD with your ad prepared as a print-ready, high resolution PDF with bleeds, trim marks and fonts embedded. Also include on the CD a Mac-formatted QuarkXPress file with all fonts and images as a backup. Ship CD and color hardcopy to Creative Services at the address below. Materials that are improperly prepared and without proofs will be subject to production charges.
Ads must be submitted in the exact size they appear.
