Product Information
WorldatWork publishes workspan 12 times a year. It is printed on 50-pound white stock in a standard news magazine format (8-3/8" x 10-7/8") on an open web press.
Material Submission
The magazine’s trim size is 8-3/8" x 10-7/8". Ads
with bleeds require artwork to extend 1/8" past trim on all outside edges, and have a 1/4" safety area
inside all edges.
Please send a CD with your ad prepared as a print-ready, high resolution PDF with bleeds, trim marks and fonts embedded. Also include on the CD a Mac-formatted QuarkXPress file with all fonts and images as a backup. Ship CD and color hardcopy to Creative Services at the address below. Materials that are improperly prepared and without proofs will be subject to production charges.
