Bonnie Kabin, Vice President of Professional Development for WorldatWork, is responsible for the development of certification and educational products, conferences and events and volunteer engagements that address the needs of the total rewards professional.
With more than 20 years experience in the human resources profession specializing in total rewards and certification, Kabin has held senior total rewards positions in a variety of industries designing new compensation, executive pay and innovative benefits programs. Prior to joining WorldatWork, Kabin was the senior director of compensation, benefits and human resources information technology for Pinnacle West Corporation, a Fortune 500 company specializing in generating and delivering energy products and services to more than one million customers in Arizona. Her experience also includes leadership in the financial services industry, where she was vice president and director of compensation, benefits, payroll, and HRIS for Equimark and Federated Investors. She also served in similar capacities for a hospital of the Cleveland Clinic and in steel products industries.
Kabin has been interviewed for her expertise in human capital management and professional certification for Business Week magazine, Human Resources Magazine, Employee Benefit News, and major newspapers in China, including South China Morning Post and China Daily.
