Transform Your Incentive and Merit Review Compensation Cycle

Are you an individual responsible for the management and administration of your bonus and merit review cycle? If so, this webcast is for you! Ask yourself the following questions:

Do you have a high reliance on spreadsheets and multiple tools to perform your duties? Is technology enabling your processes or hindering it resulting in manual workarounds and rework? Is information fragmented and coming from multiple sources? Do employees have visibility into how bonuses and merit reviews are arrived at, and do they receive regular updates with quarterly and annual statements?

The purpose of this webcast is to address these questions and layout a framework for assessing your processes and identifying how to provide more value to your executives, managers and employees. In advance of the webcast we will be providing a questionnaire for you to assess your processes and apply a framework to those opportunities to prioritize what changes would yield the highest value to your organization. We will address the risks of utilizing non-enterprise wide tools for managing compensation and how you can overcome these risks without losing flexibility while providing a more sound and secure solution to your compensation data. We will discuss ways to involve your internal customers and employee in defining value from their perspective. Finally, we will provide an overview on how companies are harnessing technology to transform their bonus and merit review cycles including the use of mobile devices in their processes.

Please join us for this exciting webcast.

As a benefit of registering for the webcast, each participant who opts into 3rd party will receive access to an online self-assessment. This tool enables you to evaluate your incentive compensation process against best practices and emerging trends. The interactive assessment will be covered in the webcast and sent immediately following the live event.
